Greywolf Golf Course Clubhouse

Panorama, British Columbia

Client: Totem Golf Limited
Size: 16,000 sq.ft. (1,500 sq.m.)

Enhancing the golfing experience is a priority for Totem Golf, the new owners of Greywolf—an award winning mountain golf course located at Panorama Mountain Village. The new clubhouse is situated between a rock mountain slope, existing parking lot, nature path, creek, and one of the course’s lakes, and features new underground cart storage, club storage, full service locker rooms, a 2,000 square foot pro shop, a large outdoor deck and one of the most outstanding dining facilities in the area which is designed in a flexible manner to allow for various function types. The clubhouse, designed in a mountain lodge style, was achieved through use of steep roof lines, vaulted ceilings, exposed heavy timber structure, and expansive glazing to capture views of the golf course and mountains. Heavy timber douglas fir was used for the clubhouse, complemented by natural stone, cedar trim and planks and metal-clad wood windows. Large 2' x 2' floor tiles, custom millwork, a feature stone fireplace, custom lighting and chandelier fixtures create an atmosphere of luxurious warmth.

The landscape design was provided by Haworth Development. We worked with Richard Haworth to carefully integrate the building into the slope of the site to allow guests to walk in at the main floor while providing underground cart access.
