Calla Condominiums is a garden-inspired collection of 169 condominiums, apartment and townhouses located across from the historic Lougheed House and Beaulieu Gardens in a high-density area of the Connaught neighbourhood in the Beltline, commonly referred to as the “loop”.

Designed in collaboration with Rafii Architects, Calla is designed for young professionals. The main floor consists of 12 townhomes; the four west-facing units are double-height homes. The remaining floors house 15 units each, with the exception of the second floor, which houses 11 units, and the top two floors, with 13 units each. A spacious, inviting lobby welcomes residents and visitors into contemporary living spaces, with floor to ceiling windows throughout. The project includes a fully-equipped gym, yoga room and guest suite. Landscaped amenities such as gardens, an irrigated green roof and a terraced inner courtyard provide additional outdoor spaces for relaxation and entertaining in this luxury condominium.
